Returning Defective Parts:
If you believe you have a defective part, please contact us at
and let us know what situation you have. Sometimes, the operation or installation instructions may not be clear and we can get you back on track faster with instructions or technical advice. If it turns out that your part is indeed defective, you may return it for replacement provided it is within the warranty period. Just contact us first for an RMA number and return shipping instructions. The warranty period varies from 1 year to 5 years for the parts we sell. Contact us if you do not know the warranty period for the parts you have purchased.
Returning New Parts:
You may return parts purchased from us anytime within 30 days of the sale by following these instructions:
- The parts must not have been installed, and must be received by us in like-new condition with original packaging, keys, nozzles and instructions (if supplied).
- Contact us at within 30 days of the sale to obtain an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Please do not return parts to us before obtaining an RMA number and return shipping instructions first!
You may return parts sold by us after 30 days and up to 90 days from the date of sale by following the instructions above, however, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Parts may not be returned after 90 days from the purchase date on your receipt.
Returning Special Order Parts:
Special order parts may be returned, however, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund regardless of the time that has elapsed since the purchase. Special order parts may not be returned after 30 days from the purchase date on your receipt.
